I'm honestly ok with these retro moves. The resellers also respect it in terms of pricing, and in a way, it heightens the ultimate value of the OG versions.
Nike obviously wins with more revenue and it really puts necessary pressure on reseller wannabes who are just looking to flip new pairs versus those who actually give a darn about storyline, quality, etc.
At this rate, the Sean Wotherspoon 1/97's will be back next year if we're just re-releasing previously impossible stuff. And 10 years from now, the Travis collabs will get their own retros.
